Terms & Conditions – 18ph

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 18ph (referred to as "18ph," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 18ph online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 18ph.one ("Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 18ph Platform, you ("Player," "you," or "your") confirm that you:

• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law and the laws of your country of residence.

3. Account Registration & Management

To access real-money features on 18ph, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all 18ph accounts:

• One Account Rule: Each player may maintain only one active account on the 18ph Platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 18ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. You will be required to provide a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a UMID, Philippine passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and, where required, proof of address and payment method verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC may have withdrawal access restricted or suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

18ph accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, USDT (Tether), and Bitcoin. Additional payment methods may be available as displayed in the cashier section of your account at any time.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier, as displayed in the cashier interface.
• Currency: All deposits are credited to your 18ph account in Philippine Pesos. Crypto deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of credited receipt.

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension, recovery of disputed funds, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

5. Withdrawals

• Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and complies with PAGCOR requirements.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, live dealer games and sports bets placed with bonus funds contribute to wagering requirements at different rates than slots.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and wager one active bonus at any time, unless 18ph expressly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Eligibility Verification: 18ph reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any bonus. Bonuses credited in error will be removed from the account balance.
• No Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or use of multiple accounts — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the account without notice.
• Right to Modify: 18ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring the terms of bonuses already issued and actively being wagered.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 18ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live studio operations governed by published house rules. The following gameplay terms apply:

• Game Rules: Each game has its own individual rules that govern valid bets, payout calculations, and game-specific features. Players are responsible for reviewing the rules of any game before wagering real money.
• Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connection failure, 18ph reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game session are void regardless of the displayed outcome.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• 18ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 18ph shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, regulatory actions, force majeure events, or acts of third-party game providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits 18ph's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our own negligence.

13. Account Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your 18ph account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to game rules and any remaining balance minus applicable fees will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.
• 18ph-Initiated Suspension: 18ph may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by a competent regulatory authority.
• Balance Upon Termination: In the event of termination for breach, 18ph reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Any balance determined to be the product of fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds that are not subject to dispute will be returned following the conclusion of any investigation.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Obligations that by their nature survive termination — including those in sections relating to prohibited conduct, intellectual property, and governing law — shall remain in force.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 18ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution Procedure: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players agree to first contact 18ph support in writing to attempt resolution of the dispute informally. 18ph will use reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve formal written complaints within 15 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes arising specifically from regulated gaming activities, players may also have recourse through PAGCOR's player dispute mechanisms where applicable.

15. Amendments to These Terms

18ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via:

• An email notification to the address registered on your account; and/or
• An SMS notification to your registered Philippine mobile number.

Amended Terms will take effect no fewer than seven (7) calendar days after notification, except where changes are required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation, in which case the amended Terms may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the 18ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
